You just signed up for a recurring The POSH Box from POSH Style. Please e-mail us this completed form at info@poshtulsa.com or if you have any questions about your recurring orders.
The POSH Box is available to members-only who complete the sign-up and authorization process. Each box will contain new and unique items with a minimum retail value of $80.00. Once you have completed the online sign-up process and your credit card has been authorized for the initial monthly fee of $38 plus $5.50 for shipping and handling, you are officially part of The POSH Box Club. You will then begin receiving a monthly gift box shipped to you on the 9th of each month. Your orders will be filled based on the sizing information you provide. Your credit card will be charged the 5th of each month. You may pause or even cancel your membership at any time prior to the last day of the month.
Each month these exclusive items will be unknown until the gift box arrives on your doorstep. The items cannot be returned for any reason other than a quality issue. Clothing items cannot be returned due to sizing issues. Any items in The POSH Box cannot be returned or refunded.
No in-store pickups allowed.
A limited number of boxes will be shipped each month. If all spots are filled, you will be notified and your name will be placed on the wait list for the following month.
