New Year Detox ingredients, Posh Style Recipe

Ingredients --
1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 dash Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Stevia to taste
Directions --
Blend all ingredients together.
Drink three times daily 20 minutes before meals for two weeks, and then consuming it once a day before breakfast or lunch.
