Jack Frost Cocktails
Ingredients --
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup blue curacao
1/2 cup light rum or vodka
1/2 cup cream of coconut
ice
Directions --
Blend (in blender) until slushy. Serve with flaked coconut rim.
